This Client Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by COMGEST ASSET MANAGEMENT INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (operating under the trade name “COMGESTFX”), an Irish investment company registered with the Companies Registration Office (395271), authorized and regulated by CONS0B (license number 4660). Registered office: 46 St Stephen’s Green, Dublin, Ireland.

1. Introduction

This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which COMGESTFX provides trading services, including leveraged financial instruments such as Forex and CFDs. These instruments carry a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors.

2. Account Opening

To trade with COMGESTFX, you must complete and submit an application form. COMGESTFX reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

3. Risk Disclosure

Trading leveraged products involves significant risk, including the potential to lose more than your initial investment. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose and ensure you understand all associated risks.

4. Orders and Execution

Orders may be placed electronically or by phone. COMGESTFX reserves the right to accept or reject any order. Pricing may be subject to market fluctuations, and slippage may occur.

5. Margin Requirements

Clients are required to maintain sufficient margin in their accounts. COMGESTFX may close positions without notice if margin requirements are not met.

6. Fees and Charges

Fees may include spreads, commissions, overnight swap charges, and administrative fees. Details of all applicable fees are available on the COMGESTFX website.

7. Client Warranties

By entering this Agreement, you warrant that all information provided is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement by written notice. COMGESTFX may also terminate your account immediately in cases of default, suspicious trading activity, or regulatory obligation.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
